Team Management
- Each team must have a designated leader, which may be a coach, manager, or parent.
- Each team will publish a "starting roster" for each dual match at the beginning of every season (usually 4 - 8 weeks). Alternates and substitutions are ok, but should not be done to stack the matches or gain unfair advantage.
- Alongside the dual matches, teams may bring additional players to play individual matches that aren't part of the dual matches, but may count toward UTR if both coaches agree beforehand.
- Teams register based on UTR levets. Each host may enter multiple teams, such as Level A: 1-4.99 UTR, Level B: 5-7.99 UTR, and Level C: 8+ UTR (lineup determined solely by UTR, highest plays highest and so on).
- Hosts must submit scores after confirming with visiting teams within 48 hours of a dual-match.
Format
- Matches will take place Wednesday's or Friday's from 5 - 8pm. Makeup matches (such as in the case of rain) will take place at a time mutually agreed by both teams. If no time can be agreed upon then the match will be cancelled. Specific match play times may be changed with agreement from both team leaders.
- Each dual-match will have 3 official singles matches and 2 official doubles matches. These are the only matches that will count toward the dual-match scoring. Additionally, each team can agree on as many additional individual UTR-optional matches as each team agrees.
- Each team level consists of 4-7 roster players, plus as many individual / alternate players as each team would like.
- All dual-matches contribute to UTR ratings unless team leaders agree beforehand to play certain scrimmage matches outside the dual-match that will not count toward UTR.
- Coaching and cheering is allowed and encouraged.
